  1. Right of access to personal data
    It allows the owner of personal data to obtain information about whether Pluris Wealth is processing personal data that concerns him or not and in such case, right to request or obtain a copy of the personal data that Pluris Wealth stores.
  2. Right to rectify personal data
    You have the right to rectify information stored about you if it is not accurate, for example in cases where it is wrong or needs to be updated.
  3. Right to deletion
    In certain circumstances, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data that concerns you. Pluris Wealth will not proceed to suppress the data in the event that the treatment is necessary to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information; for the fulfillment of a legal obligation that requires the treatment of data imposed by the Law of the Union or of the Member States that applies to the controller, or for the fulfillment of a mission carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of powers public conferred to the person in charge; for reasons of public interest in the field of public health in accordance with those provided for in the Data Protection Regulation; for purposes of archiving in the public interest, scientific or historical research purposes or statistical purposes, as provided in the Regulation, or for the formulation, exercise or defense of claims.
  4. Right to limitation
    It allows the processing of data to be suspended, in such a way that Pluris Wealth avoids its treatment in the future.
    It only allows its preservation for the exercise or defense of claims, or with a view to the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of important public interest of the Union or of a certain Member State.
  5. Right to the portability of the data
    Allows the interested party to receive their personal data and be able to transmit it directly to another responsible in a structured, commonly used and mechanical reading format or, when technically possible, request its direct transmission from responsible to responsible.
  6. Right to the use of personal data
