Pluris Wealth will not proceed to suppress the data in the event that the treatment is necessary to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information; for the fulfillment of a legal obligation that requires the treatment of data imposed by the Law of the Union or of the Member States that applies to the controller, or for the fulfillment of a mission carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of powers public conferred to the person in charge; for reasons of public interest in the field of public health in accordance with those provided for in the Data Protection Regulation; for purposes of archiving in the public interest, scientific or historical research purposes or statistical purposes, as provided in the Regulation, or for the formulation, exercise or defense of claims. - Right to limitation
It allows the processing of data to be suspended, in such a way that Pluris Wealth avoids its treatment in the future.
It only allows its preservation for the exercise or defense of claims, or with a view to the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of important public interest of the Union or of a certain Member State. - Right to the portability of the data
